Pool Filter Cleaning in Walnut Creek, CA

Walnut Creek pools face a two-sided filter challenge. The hot summers drive heavy use that loads the media with oils and algae, while the hillside neighborhoods send calcium-rich mineral runoff into the pool after rain, where it deposits scale on the filter elements. When both build up, your flow drops and your water clouds. Our pool filter cleaning service strips out that combined load and restores full circulation.

Filter Cleaning for Walnut Creek's Heat and Hillside Minerals

A filter in Walnut Creek has to handle two distinct contaminant streams. The summer heat drives bather load and algae growth that coat the media in organic film, while the hillside terrain washes calcium and sediment into the pool after rain, where it deposits scale on the elements. Our deep clean process addresses both. We soak cartridge elements in a degreaser to dissolve the oily organic film, then use a descaling treatment to break down the calcium deposits, and pressure wash between every pleat to flush it all clear. For DE filters, we disassemble the grid assembly, clean each grid, descale as needed, check the manifold, and recharge with fresh powder. You receive a photo and a condition report.

• Cartridge elements degreased to remove summer oils and algae film
• Descaling treatment to break down hillside calcium deposits
• DE grids disassembled, descaled, cleaned, and recharged
• Filter condition documented with a photo after every clean
